#Section375  – Justice is Abstract.

Justice is Abstract and so is the film. Ajay Bahl though succeeds to create an engaging environment in the courtroom drama yet the film lacks the wow factor only because of its Climax. Justice is denied.

Section 375 as defined in the film speaks about the will and consent of engaging in sex; without which if one complains the accused could be convicted. This is where the film revolves and engages you throughout quite efficiently.

Rahul Bhat, Meera Chopra, Richa Chhada and Akshay Kumar perform real well and the cast performances is quite commendable and the script is crisp to the point. The story is engaging but not thought provoking. It does stimulates you but doesn’t really tantalize enough to raise the bar of intellect. The film oscillates from different view-points; defence as well as prosecution, both of them keep us engage well giving us some discernment on the law and the justice. However, it does takes on the cinematic influence killing the wow factor emerging Akshay Khanna as Baazigar.

Fact is Section 375 is engaging and Justice is Abstract.
