Aditya Datt – The director keeps it sleek. The film succeeds to entertain and keeps you glued with never a dull moment post its runtime of 15minutes; it captivates you and continues to keep you at the pace of the chase well.

Vidyut Jammwal strikes back as Commando in its third instalment and this one comes better than Commando2. From its frame one, he continues to display his art but this time it is the overall craft that is packaged well and the film as a whole leaves an impression with a message quite common yet appears in an effective way. Only if the climax was more polished Commando 3 would have landed much better.

Gulshan Devaiah gets big with this one with his sheer performance that makes the Commando watch interesting. Angira Dhar last seen in Netflix’s Love per square feet comes up well in her action scenes and so does Adah Sharma both the girls hoot really well the jabs, the kicks and the punches. Matching them along with Vidyut is not so easy yet they deliver. Plus, they don’t bore you with the unwanted songs and item numbers. The two songs are well integrated and are stitched well with the narrative. Teetar number is brilliant. 

The film is not so complex, the execution is quite simple and to the point. Simplicity makes it easy; there is Jihaad, a mission, a target along with a deadline and of course some great chase sequences powered with brilliant action. It is the performances and the flow of the story that makes Commando a good watch.
