Baaghi2 – IMPRESSIVE!!! PK Verdict: Gold****

Baaghi2 delivers beyond expectations. Tiger Shroff roars in this spectacular action packed thriller that gives you a good adrenaline rush. Ahmed khan succeeds to raise the bar of Baaghi franchise under his direction and delivers a high octane action that is layered with a great story you can connect with.

Baaghi2 Although the remake of the Telugu film Kshanam yet it’s execution and adaptation is brilliant with the high production arena; the makers deliver one great film. One can easily claim Baaghi2 as Tiger Shroff’s best so far.

It is the writing that keeps you hooked at the edge of your seat along with the spellbound stellar cast that is wide spread Randeep Hooda, Manoj Bajpai, Deepak Dobriyal, Pratiek Babbar each one is in the skin of their character. Disha Patani is pretty and delivers in her little to do role leaving a great mystery creating the path for Tiger to roar in one-man army. Randeep Hooda is as cool as he can be; an ACP with the Goa Hippy Flair comes as something real cool that has been witnessed in recent times on celluloid. Manoj Bajpai succeeds to impress with each of his next film, this one though repetitive of him, it is his sheer screen presence that adds value to the plot.

The films starts with a scene that plays a key role to the mystery, it smoothly takes you to and fro in flashbacks unravelling the plot; engaging you at high level. By the time you reach interval you are deep into the plot thinking nothing else but about the mystery to unfold further. What lies ahead of interval, of course is the way that unfolds the mystery. How? That is an indeed the Wow of Baaghi2.It is packaged with great action, great background score, some witty lines, stellar performances.

The only flaw film has is the revived Ek Do Teen that is a bad filler it has Ricky Martin’s Un Don Tress as well in the song; a really bad music stunt. Minus this and you have a great film.

Kick, Punch, Jump, Fly and Repeat, Baaghi3 will repeat this soon in the coming year as it already stands announced. For now, enjoy Baaghi2 it’s great emotional connect and a high action quotient makes this one a Must Watch.
