Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha comes straight from the heart of 90’s cinema and we aren’t complaining. Who better than one of the best pairs we see on screen Tabu and Ajay Devgn giving us a love story that is soulful, has a good blend of humor making us relive the essence of 90’s cinemas. Love needs Patience and in the world of tinder where you swipe left right at the blink of an eye; it is tough for one to remain centered in the love story that demands patience. Neeraj Pandey does it at its best; along with a great cast of Tabu, Ajay Devgn, Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar and above all we have Jimmy Shergill too who never disappoints.

Auron mein kaha dum tha is a simple love story of Vasudha and Krishna played by Tabu and Ajay Devgn respectively, their younger versions are essayed by Saiee Manjrekar and Shantanu Maheshwari brilliantly, it is the craft of the director that these set of actors never make us feel the souls are different. Their looks basis on the timeline changes but the essence of Vasudha and Krishna is intact and that’s where the director strikes the right chord. You connect with the characters soon the story starts unfolding. Neeraj Pandey has its way of weaving the narrative and it is his style that makes Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha what it is, an intricate storyline and compelling performances makes this saga worth a watch.

Tabu and Ajay Devgn brings a certain depth and authenticity to their characters.. They bring a genuine emotional weight to their roles, making us invest and empathize with their struggles. Shanatanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar provides the  essential support to the main narrative and add layers to the story with their individual arcs giving more soul to Krishna and Vasuda.

MM Kreem’s music too is good that blends well. Though a stronger music for any love story is a plus, nevertheless the melodious songs and a background score enhances the overall viewing experience.
